Johannesburg, 22 March 2016 – Exterity, the leading provider of enterprise IP video solutions, today announced the appointment of Brian Moyo as Pre-Sales Engineer Sub-Saharan Africa. With five years’ experience in the VoIP and networking sector, Moyo brings a wealth of technical knowledge and expertise to Exterity. His appointment enables Exterity to strengthen its position in the Sub-Saharan Africa region, following the opening of its office in Johannesburg in 2014 and partnerships with distributor SpaceTV and channel partners including Dimension Data, Global Access, Panavision and Conian.

As Pre-Sales Engineer, Moyo will collaborate with Exterity sales to ensure that technical solutions accurately address customer needs, and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers. Prior to joining Exterity, Moyo held technical engineering positions at Guroo and BitCo Communication. He has previously worked with numerous internet providers in Zimbabwe and South Africa, providing him with strong knowledge of the varied customer requirements throughout the region. This capacity to understand the diversity of the market will enable Exterity to tailor its solutions to meet the needs of the wider Sub-Saharan market.
