Paywizard Agile wins NewBay Media Best of Show award at NAB 2016

The new features to Paywizard Agile track the key Decision Moments when consumers interact with a Pay-TV service: Find, Join, Consume, Upgrade, Downgrade, Bill, Leave and Win Back. The platform has been awarded for its new powerful insight and marketing capabilities, which enable operators to effectively engage with customers and target with acquisition and retention tactics at these important Decision Moments throughout the subscriber journey. The unique Decision Moments Marketing Dashboard allows operators to track progress across each Decision Moment, and proactively manage their customer base. Using the dashboard, operators are able to select specific moments and structure outreach activity around that particular stage of the customer journey.
