Why industry awards are the cherry on top of a winning communications campaign
At Platform, we pride ourselves on creating communications campaigns that tell a client’s story effectively and have a real impact.
Recognition through industry awards is a great way to build on these successes, and underline the fantastic and innovative work that our clients are doing.
This week, we were thrilled to learn that nine out of the nine clients we entered in this year’s CSI Awards were shortlisted. The awards, which are regarded as among the most influential in the TV technology industry, are presented at the premier global broadcast technology event, IBC – the pinnacle of many clients’ event calendar.
In managing, writing and submitting entries on behalf of clients, we rely on the building blocks we have already used to create successful campaigns that deliver the right messages, in the right way, at the right time. We have taken the time to understand what is unique and sets each client apart from the rest of the pack – identifying the most engaging aspects of their latest offering, their innovations, and the ingenuity that is driving their success.
Acknowledgement through an award is a great way to top off a winning communications campaign. Achieving recognition in a significant awards showcase really validates the message the client is trying to communicate, and indicates they are ahead of the curve. Not to mention the fact that winning industry awards also goes down extremely well with various stakeholders, including investors, employees, customers and partners.
And let’s not beat around the bush – awards are ace. Aside from the fact that being recognised by your industry peers carries huge kudos and leads to real tangible commercial benefits, at the end of the day it’s just fantastic to have another reason to celebrate your successes.
We are excited our clients have been honoured with CSI nominations and will be there with them, sitting on the edge of our seats, on the big night. All the very best of luck to everyone – we’ve got everything crossed for you!
