London, 22 August 2018 – Make.TV, used by world leaders in news, sport and entertainment to handle live video in the cloud, has appointed media and entertainment specialist Platform Communications to grow its brand in the US, UK and Germany.
Make.TV enables broadcasters and publishers of all sizes to acquire, curate, program, route and distribute multiple hyper-local, live video sources from anywhere in the world to any destination. Its technology makes it easy to integrate breaking news from citizen journalists, handle remote production and deliver customised content to audiences across traditional networks and social media. Make.TV is already being used by Major League Baseball, esports leader ESL Gaming, FOX Sports, NBC Universal, MTV/Viacom and Warner Bros.
Platform Communications will deliver a campaign including content creation, media relations, influencer engagement and event support. The team will be led by Platform Director David Lawrence.
